A little something without remorse? Of course! Ice cream with reduced calorific value is a real revolution on the confectionery market – especially that in the case of Callow’s, it goes hand in hand with delicious taste and creamy texture. And of course original design and brand concept.
Creating brands that define new categories is an extremely difficult task. Because this time, if we say “comprehensively”, we have something more to communicate. The start-up, which was created with our participation, at the beginning had only an idea: ice cream with a low amount of calories, and without guilt. Their taste and texture should resemble the high-calorie competition.
We literally designed such a product, such a recipe. And then the rest…
What an adventure it was! When the product met all expectations, we refined brand strategy, the name and creative concept were created. We have developed a simple, readable visual identity based on the GDA sign, which has become the leitmotif here and brand emblem. The product variants are distinguished by minimalist patterns in the background and the packaging has become the place to attractively communicate innovation and the main brand message. Finally, a communication strategy was developed, including traditional media and the web.
